Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation (HCCF) uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors, donors, volunteers and especially the children and families we serve. Personal information is collected when a person registers with HCCF or makes a donation to HCCF. Information gathered includes name, address, telephone number and email address. Personal information collected when families apply for our programs includes name(s), address, telephone numbers, date of birth and medical diagnosis of the child who has been diagnosed with cancer. This collected information is input into our database for future mailings.

When receiving a donation, information that is provided (name, address, telephone number) will automatically be entered into our database. We do not retain credit card numbers in our database. These names and addresses are used for future mailings.

If anyone wishes to review their information that we have collected in our database, please contact us in writing to see the information or to make any changes.

This collected personal information is used solely by HCCF. HCCF lists are never shared with other agencies nor are they sold to third parties.
