Who can apply
If your child has been diagnosed with cancer in the State of Hawaii, or is being treated in the State of Hawaii you may be eligible for assistance, based on our guidelines. Please contact us directly and our staff will help with providing more information.
All applications are considered without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin.

When you call, it helps to have your child’s name and date of birth, and the parent or guardian’s name.
