This page explains what happens to information when you visit hccf.org. Last updated November 2026.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help families and donors most. It sets cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, the links you click, your browser and device, and your approximate location (city level). It does not tell us who you are. Google processes this data under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

To opt out, use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Donations

Gifts are made through DonorBox on its own secure page. DonorBox and its payment processors handle your payment details; we receive your name, contact details and gift so we can thank you and send a receipt. See DonorBox’s privacy policy.

Calls and email

If you call or email us, we use what you share only to help you. We never sell or rent your information.
